# Tell us about the project. We'll scope the pilot.

It can be a new product or a backlog your team hasn't had room for. We'll come back with a scoped Governed Pilot: one epic, four weeks, a fixed price, on your own codebase.

- **Duration** — 4 weeks from requirements
- **Price** — $3,500 fixed, half on signature and half on delivery
- **Delivered** — One epic of up to 10 stories, shipped with every approval and review recorded
- **You keep** — The code, the documentation, the planning report, a backlog of small, testable stories and a governance report
- **Scope** — One workload, up to five users; cutover, migration and certification out of scope
- **If you stop** — Nothing to unwind, because your source, CI, database and dependencies were never modified

The form asks for your name, work email, company, role, team size, the coding agents you use and the project you'd start with, and hands the message to your mail app addressed to [sales@arkoria.ai](mailto:sales@arkoria.ai).

## What happens next

1. **A conversation about the work**
   Your codebase, the agents you run (if any), and what “done” has to mean for you.
2. **A scoped pilot proposal**
   A written proposal (a Statement of Work) that sets out the piece of work, what's in and out of scope, and the fixed price.
3. **Four weeks under governance**
   A planning report, a backlog of small, testable stories you keep, and one piece of your roadmap shipped with every approval and review on the record.

## A good fit if

- You have a project with a real deadline and nobody free to staff it.
- Your roadmap has stalled, or depends on vendors that cost more than the work is worth.
- You work in a regulated or audited field: health, finance, insurance, energy, the public sector.
- You deliver software for clients and want AI speed without building your own platform.
- You want agents working on their own, with your people's approval where it matters.
